Payment FAQ

What are your payment methods?
Paypal and all major credit and debit cards are accepted in our store; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB & American Express.
Am I responsible for any taxes and are there any import duties?
All of our products already include all sales taxes, and we ship direct from warehouses in the USA, so there are no additional costs to pay.

Shipping FAQ

How long does it take to process my order for shipment?
All orders are processed within 2 business days from checkout, excluding high volume periods when shipments may be delayed.
I have a P.O. box, can you ship to me?
We only ship to physical addresses within Mainland USA, unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O boxes at this time.
How long will my shipment take and can I track it?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s), active within 24 hours of your goods leaving our warehouse.
Can I get free delivery on my order?
We are delighted to offer all customers free delivery with all orders over $42 at checkout.

Returns FAQ

What is the 30 day satisfaction guarantee?
This is our commitment to you. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
How long does it take to process my refund?
You will be refunded to the original payment method, once our team has inspected and processed the item. For credit cards, this can take up to 10 working days for a refund to show in your account.
How can I return my order to you?
Contact our support team and they will walk you through the process. Please note the product must be in the same condition that you recieved it to be eligible for a refund.
Who pays for the return shipping?
You will need to arrange the return shipping to the address provided to you by our support team. We will cover the full cost of the shipping during the refund process for the item you are returning.
